Selecting How Sales are Recognized

The Sales - Recognition feature allows you to select an option for sales recognition. Sales reporting is done on an accrual basis. In other words, the sale is recognized (recorded), based on a date:

• The Complete option is selected under the Vehicle Out date in the Repair Plan
• The Close Date from the Details screen from the Close Repair Order wizard

To select a sales recognition option

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select your repair facility profile, and then click Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Sales - Recognition link under Repair Management.
4. Select one of the options.
5. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
